Las Vegas Wedding Planner | Simone & Pat’s Glamorous Fairytale Wedding

September 19, 2017

Who here loves Chandeliers and fireworks? What about sequin bridesmaid dresses, luxe white blooms, and an eight foot wedding cake? Simone and Pat’s glamorous Las Vegas wedding has it all.  I had the pleasure of working alongside this couple and I was determined to bring their BIG ideas to life.  Simone made it clear from the beginning, she wanted to wow her guests.  The self proclaimed “bling queen” wanted a lot of glam, no amount of sparkle was going to be too over the top. We transformed the ballrooms at South Point Hotel and Casino and turned them into her fairytale.  The couple and I chose a classic color palette of white , black, and gold. During the ceremony the curtains were pulled aside and Simone was revealed to guests and her fiancé in a sparkling Morilee ball gown. She walked down the aisle on a custom glitter aisle runner and the couple recited vows under a stunning altar piece by Layers of Lovely. The glam white inspired altar had lush white flower arrangements atop mirrored stands, flowing chiffon, crystals, countless candles, and a chandelier.

The brides favorite color is red so we decided to bring that in during cocktail hour in the “red room”. A large statement piece was placed in the center of the escort card table. Red sequin linens were placed on the tables and black leather lounge seating was available for guests to sit back and relax.  The ice sculpture wowed guests as they enjoyed a delicious fresh seafood display.

The reception room was simply what wedding dreams are made of.  The room was filled with 22 chandeliers that were hung at varied heights to create an enchanting atmosphere.  The Ganci’s was spelled out in large marquee letters and hung above the couples sweetheart table in front of a wall of twinkle lights.  A larger than life eight foot wedding cake was placed in front of a crystal backdrop.  The couple’s grand entrance included a video that illustrated their love story  followed by a firework show and a choreographed first dance. The couple danced on what appeared to be a cloud and the dance ended with a shower of confetti.  The rest of the evening was full of a lot of dancing and great memories. Pat and Simone hopped on a plane that night for their honeymoon safari in Africa!

I am so honored to have been alongside this couple and to have helped them bring their vision to life. I cant thank the amazing team of vendors for making this day possible. I love you to pieces Pat and Simone!
