Emily Reno is the founder of The Vegas Planners and brings over a decade of experience planning weddings and events in Las Vegas and beyond. Her career began with a leap of faith after college, trading a traditional path in public relations and marketing for the fast-paced, people-driven world of event planning. After gaining hands-on experience, Emily relocated to Las Vegas and built a company rooted in thoughtful design, strong systems, and an unwavering commitment to client experience, earning recognition for her work and insight within the industry.

Over the years, Emily has cultivated strong, trusted relationships with venues and vendors throughout Las Vegas and across the country, relationships that directly benefit the clients she serves. These long-standing partnerships allow The Vegas Planners to navigate logistics smoothly, collaborate effectively, and create events that feel polished and well-executed from start to finish. Today, Emily leads with a focus on collaboration, mentorship, and care, believing that the most meaningful celebrations are built through experience, trust, and the people behind every detail.

Martha is one of those planners who instantly puts people at ease. Often described as the “fairy godmother” of wedding planning and lovingly nicknamed Mama Martha, she has a rare ability to calm nerves, take charge with confidence, and make even the most complex moments feel manageable. Born and raised in Las Vegas, Martha knows the city inside and out, and brings an unmatched attention to detail, steady leadership, and an incredible amount of energy to every wedding and event she plans. Her clients trust her deeply, knowing she is always one step ahead and genuinely invested in their experience.

Married to her high school sweetheart and a devoted mom raising three boys, Martha has a natural soft spot for love stories and meaningful milestones. She finds the greatest joy in seeing her couples’ reactions when their vision comes to life, those quiet, emotional moments that make all the planning worthwhile. Outside of events, she loves spending weekends adventuring with her family, and on quieter nights you’ll find her cooking, dancing around the kitchen, and dreaming up her next creative idea. For Martha, planning is about more than logistics, it’s about caring for people and creating moments they’ll remember forever.

A Las Vegas native, Candy understands the local events landscape deeply and combines that knowledge with a thoughtful, practical approach to planning.

With a background in accounting and years of experience in hospitality, Candy has a natural ability to balance budgets, logistics, and guest experience seamlessly. She is known for her clear communication, organized mindset, and reassuring voice that instantly puts clients at ease. Whether she’s managing timelines, navigating financial details, or supporting her couples behind the scenes, Candy’s goal is always the same, to create an experience that feels smooth, supported, and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish.

She believes that celebrating the love and future shared between two people is one of life’s greatest joys. She loves being the reason couples are able to truly enjoy and savor those most special and fleeting moments on their wedding day.

Her approach is highly creative and focused entirely on bringing each client’s vision to life. As an energetic and bubbly optimist, Jenny loves a good challenge and thrives on being helpful to others, ensuring every detail is perfectly executed from concept to celebration.

When she’s not bringing couples’ visions to life, Jenny can be found spending time with her husband and their three-year-old son. She is a hands-on person who loves home decorating, tackling home improvement projects, and settling in to watch a good movie. A devoted animal lover, her family is completed by their dog and cat.
